Is it really December already?

After a semi insane trip to Reno for work, we settled in for the start of holiday madness. We spent Thanksgiving at our place, with Jenna, Jon, Vivian and Mike (Bri and the kids were at her parents house). Then we went to Myrtle Beach for a long weekend again. The weather was in the 70s and amazingly gorgeous. We stayed at the Dunes with indoor water parks in a penthouse suite. It was insanely cheap - 3 nights for barely more than $400!

We hit Bass Pro Shop to visit Santa, checked in (Ade in her excitement ran full speed into the glass door to the balconey like a stunned little bird!), ate at Joe's at Barefoot Landing.

Saturday we took a walk on the beach after breakfast, where Ade ran through the waves until she was soaking wet. We then did a little Black Friday shopping at the outlets. Ade and I hit the indoor water park while Ryan watched football, and then we enjoyed Pirates Voyage that night (which actually was an awesome show).

Sunday after another beach walk we hit the upside down museum (Ade laid on a bed of nails!), some rides at Broadway, Johnny Rockets, and then chilled at the PH suite. After Master TopTops completed 2 quests at MagicQuest, we ate at Key West and did a bit of shopping around.

Monday we enjoyed some more water park fun and headed home.
And, here it is now, December!

Random: A few of Ade's vocabulary examples...
- overheard while she was playing a sort of paleontologist lesson, "you're hypothesis is correct!"
- discussing a picture in a book where it says blocks, but the image looks like Legos, "I guess the illustrator decided blocks should look like Legos"
