Merry Christmas!!!

We made the trip to Massachusetts for Christmas and had a great time. The flight up wasn't bad - Adelaide did scream for the first twenty minutes, and then after singing Itsy Bitsy Spider a MILLION times, she fell asleep. She had along travel day, and so did mommy. But, it could have been worse. Christmas day was a long day full of presents and yummy food. Adelaide was completely over-stimulated and thrilled by all the attention. We also did some shopping at the outlets in Kittery, Maine, the day after Christmas. Grandma entertained the little miss so that I could do some serious shopping. So nice!
Adelaide's return travel was much better. Logan airport was chaos, and Uncle Dylan really helped out. We stood in a security line for over an hour, and Adelaide really was patient. What a trooper. On the flight home, she didn't even cry at all.


Also, we closed on our new house today. Big Christmas present to us :-) Check out some pictures from our new house. These are all before pictures - now we start the renovations!

The next month or so should be even more crazy fun as the classes at NCSU that I teach start, my MBA class that I attend also starts, and we try to pack this house and renovate a new home! Yeesh!
