The germs need to leave people alone! Now I have a sinus infection. Everyone is passing around sickness!

We are in a contract on that house! Check it out here. We made an offer Tuesday, had it countered within an hour, and accepted! It all happened so fast, but we are thrilled and excited. We close December 28. So, we have been hustling to try to pull all the details together for the remodeling work we want to do. We have to have a firm bid and contractor before we close to get the construction loan we want. Last night I finally met with a contractor at the house that we like, so I felt better about things.

Yes, you read correctly - I said last *night* :-) Daddy took a turn trying to put Ade to sleep since my MBA class starts again in the Spring and Daddy will have bedtime duty once a week. I think it went pretty well.

Ade has also been doing so well at daycare. As Miss Catherine told me today, she had an excellent day yesterday and she thinks she has turned the corner to really settling in. We still haven't had her there more than 4.5 hours yet, but she is working up to longer days. I think I might have to start supplementing with formula while she is there as well. I just don't have time/supply to pump enough for her while she is at school. She took about an ounce of formula from me this morning, which was really promising.

Also this weekend Ryan got to enjoy one of his Christmas gifts early. Since he is such a master chef, I bought him a cooking class. The class centered on homemade pasta, risottos, and polenta. He had a great time. Mmmm, makes me hungry thinking about the way he smelled when he got home...
